You cannot determine a woman's undies/bra size by her dress or pants size.  Some women are flat chested, some are not; some are tall and some are short and heavier.  Panties and bra sizes differ because women's bodies are different, even if they wear the same size.

Sometimes we put up walls not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough to break them down.
