A lot of websites suggest that the ideal way in which to dress like Boy George is to wear a long white tunic and trousers with a black waistcoat. large hat with black plaits. Face heavily made up. I would suggest in terms of hair, braids with a headband or backcombed hair with a headband would probably work best.
