I am 43 years old and 25 stone. I am 6ft 2inches. I have lost weight twice before and gone from a similar weight down to around 15 stone. However, the last time I lost the weight I was seven years younger. My questions is, as I continue with a high energy fat burning regime, how can I make sure that I tone my stomach - that has been stretched over the last 7 years - so that it will look firm?
