Usually people use products that "lighten" sunspots.  OK, it's bleach, but there are a number of skinlightening products out there.  Best advice would come from a dermatologist.  Heavy make up is the only other answer that I know of.

If general makeup cannot properly cover up your spots or you just get fed up with the thick makeup, you may consider the sun spot removal treatment . The laser or ipl may get rid of your sun spots completely only within 2 weeks.
