Ciao! Thanks for your question. It is Non-GMO. In fact, we have a company-wide policy of not using any raw materials in our products that contain genetically modified organisms. We enforce this policy by asking for letters of certification from our raw material suppliers confirming the absence of GMO, and/or through routine analysis of key raw materials.
Wheat, corn and tomatoes were some of the first GMOed... I was told that if it's Certified Organic or says nonGMOed it's safe....
