How can i find out why someone was banned from the hard rock casino in tampa?
My idea is that being banned from a casino is a personal question and will be protected from casual inquiry. The person banned is one of the two possible sources of that information and without their permission the other source (the hard rock casino) probably would require a court order or the like to release. It is possible however, that the person themselves requested the ban. Additionally, if that person is oneself, then an interview with the casino management should resolve the question.
Banning someone from a casino is a legal action and like all others is typically protected. If the person banned is not willing to let you know why you would have to get the info legally from the court system that upheld the ruling of the ban. There are also a ton of reasons why someone can be banned from a casino. Oddly enough loitering is one of the reasons used the most. Many unscrupulous individuals just walk around (not gambling), waiting for someone to "hit it big" so they can rob or scam them out of their new found winnings. Probably a quarter of all people banned from casinos are banned for this reason
