My 5J2husband expired 6 years ago, and we had debt together, I have since tried to pay off but I continue to go under, and now I have a daughter in college, which we were her managing conservator. My husband passed away Feb.9,2009 and provided no financial income for, so it was on me only. Is it possible to file bankrupt for old debt and payday loans to keep creditors from calling me.
