How does a band aid help you stop snoring ? I mean this small white band aids that you put on the bridge of the nose.

They do work but if it did not help you I would suggest you to try some other more natural snoring solutions.

Anti snore pillow, anti snore chin trap, anti snore mouth piece even you may try home remedies as well.
