How many bananas does it take to make 1 1/2 cups?

It depends on the size of your bananas. Generally, 2-3 bananas equals about one cup of pulp; so 3-4 bananas would be more than enough to get the 1 and 1/2 cups you need for your recipe.

If you have leftover, it freezes well. Also, you can freeze whole bananas for later use, so if you have a few which are on their last legs, just peel, place in a container and pop them on into the freezer until you're ready to bake!
