Ball pythons

i got got a baby ball python(about a month old) and normal it is not in a ball it just layes out  even in it hide box is this good or bad

Brandon, Don't you think it's dangerous to have a snake as a pet? The reason why I ask is that I'm really scared of them. I think they could be unpredictable when they get older.
