How to make a wooden clothes line centerpiece for baby shower to put on table.  I am using a rented hall so i can not tape or pin anything to walls or ceiling.  Please help.

it depends on how large you are wanting it to be, and how much weight (what you are going to be placing on it) it will need to hold.
