Wouldn't holding the baby too much make the baby spoiled? At least, that is what I have heard. I personally think there is nothing wrong with holding a baby.

Only if you hold it when it doesn't want to be held. Babies NEED to be held. It's a known fact, children who grow up with too little affection turn out really messed up.
