My baby.s weight is a massive concern according to my doctor. My five month old weight is currently at 11.6kg. My baby is not being overfed and is on the recommended daily amount that she should be on. She is not on solids yet and she is still gaining weight rapidly, instead of her weight slowing down its not. My baby has gained nearly 3kg in 4 weeks and the doctor and I are quite baffled to this. She was breast fed for the first three weeks of life but now she is formula-fed. She is happy and content but the doctor is worried that she is heading towards obesity. Any answers please?
