More than likely SPAM , ... a Walter Smith has been contacting me saying that I have a "debit card " waiting  from London Prime Minister , ... with code #811 & I need to send fare amount of money to have it shipped ?? Have you EVER heard of him ? He always shows very legal documentation . But it just does not sound for real .
