how can u find out if you're avandia lawsuits was 1 of them won last week ? and how long before you;re settlement is sent to you or till you're notified.

Stop pretending to be injured. I hope the drug maker file for chapter 7.

You should hopefully know who was representing you... Even though it can be confusing as to who is "Referring Counsel" and who is actually representing you and handling your claim...

The firm I work for is the LITIGATING firm! We get clients (leads) turned over to us from dozens of other law firms around the U.S. We cut the settlement checks to the clients and litigate their case in court. We pay the "referring counsel" for their "lead."
