I'm buying a Dahon Matrix folding bike and ...

I'm buying a Dahon Matrix folding bike and changing the tyres to use Schwalbe Big Apple 26" by 2.0 tyres. I suspect they're be too big for the current mudguards/fenders on the bike - does anyone have any suggestions what I could use?
