My 2004 Chevy 1/2 ton 4x4 pick-up has too much low beam output at night. I'm continually being high beamed flashed by approaching vehicles.Is another bulb available to help with this situation while maintaining safety.

Maybe the problem is not about the bulb installed in your car. Have you check the the circuitry for the headlights. Have your battery check also, maybe there is a problem with its power output.
