I've never heard of a "clogged AC hose". The filter/drier will "clog" much sooner than anything else will. That's basically what it is designed to do. Have someone flush the system with an approved cleaner, replace the filter/drier and the proportioning valve (if you have one) and recharge the system. (if you can do it yourself, great)
