1998 chevrolet 3/4 ton 5.7 vortex idles fast when it is started up cold comes down some when hot but not normal . no service lights or codes and green light for emissions new plugs,wires,cap rotor,intake gaskets,distributor.timing  set with snap-on scanner. all 4 o2 sensors new

Have someone check the Idle control valve, a very common problem.
