I am looking for an attorney that will either work pro bono or get paid with settlement amount in Michigan. I want to file a lawsuit against the county of Macomb for violating my civil rights and distress and many other things! But I cant seem to find one thats not afraid to do it! Anyone know any???

Please explain how that your civil rights were violated.

CPS came to my home and when they were denied entrance, which I have every right to do so, they called the local police and when they were asked if they had a warrant, they threatened me with arrest and forced their way into my home.

I would first get in contact with the American Civil Liberties Union. (ACLU)  The email address is www.ACLU.org.  If you don't get help from them in a reasonable amount of time, try www.findlegalhelp.org.  One of these two organizations should be able to advise you, if they can't help you directly.  I wish you the best.  Good Luck.
