My attic door has hinges on one sides, I want to put an automatic or remote control door opener because it is little bit heavy, what kind of door opener shall I use and where can I buy it.

Although a door with hinges is not that bad as long as it is new, but not a retired one, your idea sounds good so I checked what options there are on the market. There is one service here in Sweden called Velfac (http://www.velfac.se/) and as long as I know they have services in many other countries so you can check. They are dealing with all king of window and door issues. Another option is to check any DIY online shop where you can find everything.
