I never heard that expression before, and likely why you have not received a response. I've heard of Saturn returns-etc. Your North Node (sign) and the house it occupies indicates characteristics or qualities to develop for your soul's growth. If you have completed "it," you have fulfilled your life's purpose-this lifetime.
