The "fiscal conservatives" screaming the loudest, now at Obama, said nothing as Bush pissed-away 8 billion a month for 7-1/2 years, driving the price of oil UP so his Father and friends could cash in. Piss on the Republicans.. They caused this; now they don't even have the decency to get out of the way while Obama fixes it.
