Maybe some people here are just in a hurry to ask their questions. A poorly constructed question isn't enough to generalize that there's something wrong with our educational system.
There is a standard format for most university level questions: Background, relevant information, justification, and related commentary. Then we pose the question. That way we don't have to re-invent the wheel every time we turn the crank.
