First, I cannot imagine a 15 year old being stupid enough to ask his 19 year old cousin to show him her breasts. Unless he were drunk or high, that is. Which is probably what your cousin will assume.

What you should do is feel ashamed of yourself. Then you should go see your cousin and offer her a sincere apology for your rude and idiotic behavior and promise never to act like that again, to any woman.

Then make sure you keep your promise.

If she tells on you anyway, admit your mistake and take whatever punishment your family dishes out. You'll have earned it.
