Hi Tami,
It is in Hebrew:   "Maze" (in fact it is "Ma ze" [2 words] but in slang it's one] means "what is it" and "sipur" means a story.  If I had to translate it to English the best equivalent will be "Oh my Gosh what a story !" (very free trnslation).  The combination means, in slang, something like: It's a story, usually a complicated one, and I doubt if it's true.
