I have an art studio in my old barn. Any way to hook up the rain barrel to a sink inside the studio? There is no sink yet... but could this be done? and a little drain out to yard?

If your place won't pass building inspection (that includes safety plumbing framing electrical and DOE) then find a place that will pass.  It looks like you don't pass plumbing OR electrical.
