Ok, thanks , not to worry I found Gov criminal and arrest records , there was a small fee but believe me it sure beats the amount of time that I wasted searching through hundreds of not so free public arrest record sites .
If this helps you, please let me know and write a comment.
Yes I have had the same experiences searching for public arrest records. Nowadays it seems not everyone is really as honest as I found out trying to find anything online related to public arrest records. All the free methods I tried havnt gotten me anywhere, so I wouldnt mind paying for a legit arrest records site. Thanks
Someone replied to a question that I also asked about looking for free public arrest records, this was his reply:

I have more than 30 years experience as a trained private investigator, so I have compiled a comprehensive list of valid and free web sites which supply reliable, up to date and completely free public arrest records online: 1. 2. 3. Hope this helps.
You get what you pay for.

Ha, ha, you have to love it
Sorry, not my area of expertise.
actually since you said arrest .. and not conviction.. i'm not completely sure. I'd contact your state police records dept and ask for a copy .. in NH it costs 15 dollars... maybe search online for instructions for your state.
I would like to know if there is a way that citizens can look up the criminal history of another person for free. Counties have a free"right to know" website. Do states? I would like to know. I am in Ohio.
You can go to legal aid or a criminal attorney and ask the question most will not charge you for a short session. Third you can go to the internet there are companies that do all kinds of searches and for a few dollars you can get a report.
Usually any member of the public can get these records from the public records office in the local county or state government offices. This is where the employers and others get it too. In most places, criminal records are a matter of public record and are available for inspection by ANY person without question.
ADD: I struggled for a long time to find any good free info but after many unsuccessul tries I have decided to take jessy's advice and decided to pay for it. I will never regret it, I got all the info I needed in basically no time. Fantastic! Thanks man for the link!!
