Are there any value on old photos in aluminum.?

Use google to find collectors or people who sell these for advice, I'm sure they have a value and subject matter will depend on value also. check e bay if they are selling any?

Unless your family was famous, they are worth whatever sentimental value you place on them. There's not much of a market for common vintage photos.

It all depends on the gauge of the metal... if its thin enough tin shears with a steady hand will work fine... if its thin use blades with more teeth... if its very thick use blades with less teeth.
