I apply for a trainee stockbroker position in U.S however they send me by email: It is important to note: we are only able to offer the position to those with permanent working status in the United States. As a frech it is possible to get a working status in the U.S so i can do the trainee?

yes! it possible you need to go to your consulate and apply to for a temporary working visa (2 years I believe) and follow up.
