Do you want to know what to put on a job application after 20 years of not working at a paid job? You might go to your local job center and get help updating your resume but if you don't have a center near you, it's a good idea to focus on the skills you've developed and used during that 20 year time.
Sit down with a piece of paper and list what you did. Volunteer work & raising a family counts! If you did any of that, then you have time management skills, mediating skills, communication skills and more. Figure it out and write it down! Good luck with the job hunt.
