Appealing Denied Unemployment

I was fired a month ago due to a mistake that I made, but was unaware if it until my boss told me about it. I worked in retail on the cash register so as far as the claim goes i undercharged someone by alot. A customer had forgotten to give me a framing sheet which explains all the charges & services on it. I did am appeal today but not sure if i will win because unfortunately i have been written up up for smaller mistakes, so i am scared since I have never had to do this before. Should I get a legal lawyer on my side?

I went through the samething, and continued to fight and WON!!!! Don't give up, thats what they want. You already proved your case....and won....let them drag it on and keep fighting, you don't pay anything till the final paperwork is in! Good Luck

Go to free legal aid site and get a lawyer. I didn't and lost even though I proved the co was lieing.

If you worked in the state of pa for seven months can you claim

You should be able to, were you employed before working the last job? Were you on unemployment just before the seven months? If you worked other jobs then you have more than seven months you can draw from.
