If you are experiencing a problem accessing the QuickView Panels or if the QuickView Panels are appearing blank, your version of Flash may be incompatible with your AOL Software. Downloading and installing a prior version of Flash player may resolve this issue.

Check the version of Flash running on your computer
1. Launch the AOL software, and sign on as you normally do. Go to http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/ to check the version of Flash running on your computer.
2. In the Version Information box, if it says 9,0,115,0, please upgrade to version 9,0,124,0.
3. In the Version Information box, 10,0,12,36, you need to uninstall this version of Flash, and install an earlier version of Flash.

Download and install Flash Player 9,0,124,0
1. Download Flash player 9, and then click the Run button.
2. When finished installing, close AOL and any Web browsers you may have open. Restart your computer.
3. Launch AOL and sign-in again.
4. Please go to http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/ and ensure that you are running 9,0,124,0.
