I have not been able to get AOL on any device since 4:50 a.m... Anyone else experiencing problems?

Haven't been able to get my emails since 7 AM EST.  AOL keeps saying they've encountered a technical difficulty and to sign out and back in.  Really?  Since 7 AM?  How about just coming clean and saying that their system is down?  This is one royal pain!
