I have aim mail; its telling me that I have 44 unread emails in my box and I have no unread mail in my box. Why is this? How can I get this fixed?

This certainly isn't right.  Are you still seeing inconsistencies with your mail count and contents of your AIM Mail inbox?

Try hitting the refresh button?  I don't know what else to do

I am having the exact same problem.  Hope we can get some answers.

same here, and i have my aim mail linked to my phone that keeps going off cause it says theres unread messages, but i cant read them because they do not exist

best part? the sprint rumor doesn't have a function to remove the email address, it stays on there, so I am going to have my phone go off at random times till i can find out whats going on

wow i had the same problem and the answer triped me out! on the bottom of your mailbox is a choice to view your mail with the basic version. click basic version and it should go away. my mail box kept saying i had 17 new messages but after doing this it now reads 0 new messages.
