How do I send email for a respond to some one . I only can recieved and view incoming. mine rejects to whom it posted to.

Call aol customer service by phone. They might need reconfiguring your account to send messages or to reply to emails. Any other questions you might have can be answered by a technical guy who will guide you step by step on how to solve your problem. Just have you questions ready when you call them. Good luck!
