If you only want to eliminate a secondary screen name, you can do that at keyword NAMES. If you want to close an AOL account, you can go to menu Help, Billing (older versions) or Help, Manage My Account (9.6 and later). Or you can use keyword CANCEL, or go to cancel.aol.com .
