Why am I not getting my email or receiving it late? For the past two weeks or so, I have been missing several important e-mails. Several people (boss included) have been frustrated at me for not responding to important e-mails. The problem is I am not getting them. I am receiving some email and even some other email from these same folks. I am getting some email, on time, some days later and others not at all. I checked my spam mail and I don't have any blocked contacts. The account having issues is Sally429.

Are the senders whose messages you aren't receiving getting any error/rejection messages?  Are you able to see any trends - like are you not receiving mail sent only from certain domains?

I actually don't have the ability to see specific spam settings on your account; are you blocking certain addresses, or messages that contain certain words?

Not receiving emails

Although this is not an answer I, too am having the same thing happen.

AOL email

Ctrl-A selects them all, then you can use Delete to get rid of them all.
