folders, aol mail, switching mailbox style

Aol instructions to switch mailbox from Inbox to New/Old style does NOT work.

I tried to switch my mailbox from "Inbox" style to "New/Old" style following the instructions on Aol Help but it did not work. Does anybody know of maybe another way to switch this?
