AOL freezes, restarts continuously

When I open my aol software freezes, starts over, freezes, starts over, etc in an endless loop. running aol 9.5 windows vista home premium 32. have totally uninstalled and installed aol software already. this did not fix the problem.  Had the same problem with aol 9.1 which is why i upgraded to 9.5.  9.6 will not install at all.

You should contact Mac. It shouldn't freeze like that. They should instruct you on how to send it in to get it fixed. I heard their costumer service is great.

Why is the audio that is playing continuously on my AOL and why?

You can have AOL Radio playing, and it will continue even if the AOL Radio window is minimized. Or you could have news broadcasts playing, or videos from Huffington Post that play one after another, even after you have something else covering them.
