Hi Erin,

I have the most recent version of AOL Desktop for MAC (1.7.724) and have uninstalled and then reinstalled following the instructions in the article you referenced. That has not fixed the problem. I am hoping that AOL will come up with an update to 1.7.724 that will resolve these issues and Apple techs have not been helpful and indicate this is AOL's problem.
