I'm not certain whether this will reach you, but he emails in my folders were restored yesterday. (Don't know or much care about the .2%.) Did I do something to cause this problem, or was it a glitch? If the former, please let me know so I don't do it again. Thank you very much for taking care of this. You've been a lifesaver.
