AOL 9.0VR problem

AOL 9.0 VR. According to the info. I've got off the net 9.0VR should not erase your favorites, it erased mine, how do I get them back?

U can try contacting customer service,they (might) be able to help you.Or,u can just uninstall aol and re-install it.All of your favorites are stored on their comp.even if you cant see them.Just make sure you check the box to save them before you uninstall AOL.

Please try the following: Go to AOL Keyword: Welcome Settings and select the Welcome Screen Only option and hit Save. I would also suggest changing your address to a valid ZIP code/state in the US at bill.aol.com (if you haven't already done so). Please let me know if this helps. Thank you!
