That guy shouldn't use the term retarded it is illegal in NJ it hurts the those that can't help their situation.

I never heard that before...but if it's actually illegal to use the term "retarded" in NJ I'd be willing to bet that the law got passed to stop people from correctly expresing the opinion that Gov. Christie is retarded...have they outlawed "ignorant", "loudmouth", and "fat slob" yet?
