I recently went onto my AOL mail and they are considering me as a new user when I had this account for 7 years now. Can you restore my information please?

Unfortunately if you go for a long period of time without accessing your account the mailbox is suspended and its contents purged.  Your account is reserved for you to recreate - but its contents can't be recovered.
