AOL.COM user living overseas, unable to connect to aol.com

I have an aol.com address, but have moved overseas and now have a Swiss computer/internet.  I am automatically connected to aol.de, no matter what I do, and there is NO WAY to contact anyone for help.  Aol.de does NOT work well.  How do I get back to aol.com?
