AOL Account Weirdness


Hi. I have AOL Desktop 97, which I've had since it came out and everything was ok until last week.
 
Suddenly any screen names that were deleted, were no longer availabe to restore. I also cannot create new screen names. It will allow me to go through the process, then after being prompted to create a security question (the last step), the screen name simply doesn't show up.
 
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this, or if anyone has a clue why this is happening.
