Very simple. Human beings are complex and wired differently regards of education.

That's an interesting question. How did you come up with it? I guess if you have a hypothesis that is proved wrong by experimentation or evidence, that could qualify.

Also, one thing that always ticks me off is when the Supreme (or any) court makes a decision which honors the letter of the law but completely circumvents the spirit of the law.

When in doubt, eat a cookie. If it doesn't come from earth, I'm not interested.
