I think she had an unhappy childhood, and a rebellious young adult life, and some tormented relationships, and is beautiful to look at.  She and Brad Pitt, so far seem to be happy enough and enjoy having lots of children.  I think that clause in her contract sounds ridicules, but believable.  I wouldn't wish notoriety on my worst enemy.

I'm probably being too harsh in my assessment of her, but as you say notoriety is a terrible thing because people think they know you when they only know a media image that's been created of you which has to be a caricature.

However I won't give Angie Jolie the benefit of the doubt that she's not a filthy rich spoiled rotten brat. Why can't she ever adopt American kids who need homes? Why does it always have to be Africans? That can't be 100% honest or even close. It's manipulative to get her more publicity.
