Discuss SaushaCandyBaby's answer to: Angel Fellowship for real?

I received a mailing from the Angel Fellowship. If I send $25.00, they will send me money

The Angel Fellowship---IS ON A WATCH LIST FOR SCAMS!!!!!!!I received a letter today from The Angel Fellowship--PO Box 578,Las washington,Ut.84780!!! the first indecator of FRAUD was Las washington,Ut.--THERE IS NO Las Washington,Ut.--then the postmark was from Las Vegas,Nv.--OOOPS--they didn't CATCH their MISTAKES on the letterhead and mailing it from Las Vegas,Nv. was another TIP OFF!!!!!!!I contacted a SCAM Attorney and he said that The Angel Fellowship in Las Vegas was a scam!!!! He was almost assured that the letter I received from Gabriella Dumais with The Angel Fellowship sent with PO Box578,Las Washington,Ut. on it IS ONE AND THE SAME SCAM!!!! There was nothing stated about a loan or consolidation on the letter--JUST Personal Assistance Award and asking for $25.00 administration costs,(fully refundable at any time if I am not happy)!!!!! do you honestly think that you would ever see any benefit of an AWARD much less your original $25.00 back???? NO YOU WOULD NOT!!!! This IS equal to PHISHING on the internet!!!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!!!!! If they were Llegal and Legit they would have MORE information that IS VARIFIABLE on their letter/Award letter!!!!!SHALOM-PEACE TO ALL!!!!!!!

WHOEVER SAID ANYBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO GIVE UP?????FAILURE IS ONLY the opportunity to begin again, this time MORE WISELY!!!!!ACTION may not ALWAYS BRING happiness, but, there IS NO HAPPINESS WITHOUT ACTION!!!!!SHALOM-PEACE TO ALL!!!!!

in the past two days i have read about sooo many companies that i  have sent money to being scams. it just makes me sick because i really dont have the money to lose i have had so much bad luck lately and just when i thought things were going to get better because i had been contacted by the nouveau tech society with promises of being a millionaire by next year then thinking i was in real contests and about to win thousands of dollars because i had consistently been the high scorer and finally made it to the semi-finals in about fifteen or sixteen of them and feeling so good about myself and where my life was headed after sooo many years of hardship then getting a letter from the angel fellowship welcoming me as an award recipient and letting me know that "there are angels on earth just as surely as there are in heaven" and now finding out that ALL OF THEM are "scams" ? that really hurts especially when you don't really have it to lose. i think people like this should realize that God in heaven sees EVERYTHING that happens on this earth and one day He will have NO MERCY on them and their kind. personally i cant understand how a person can do these kinds of things and not THINK about the effect their actions AND GREED may have on the people they are stealing from

I also received my Angel Fellowship award letter today 7/2/12 and had tears in my eyes when I read the first few paragraphs, thinking: oh my word....there is somone or some organis=zaion that truly knows how bad my life is right now..then the feeling creeps in and the request for $25.00, no guarentee, no customer service number..just an address that said Washinton UT, Box 578...mine did not have envelope typo on it so they are monitoring this site or some scammer watchlist..be careful, they are real heart tuggers and give poor people like me, hope for a few seconds.....jerks of the world!  Just scamming away geting fat on every sucker's 25 bucka....

I agree that scammers know just how to push your buttons, especially in this tough economy. Unfortunately, the old, old saying, "If is seems too good to be true, it probably is."' Is well worth remembering. There are Angels on Earth, but their assistance is free, and even we mere mortals frequently offer our services pro bono. I know I do. Blessings, DrSarah
